Tough Develon DX300LC-7 demolition machine

18 February 2025

On Valentine's Day we delivered a brand new crawler excavator to Arno van den Dungen Demolition and Groundworks from Haarsteeg in Brabant. Arno van den Dungen has been a loyal customer of Staad for years and we are happy that they have chosen us again.

In recent years, Sloop- & Grondwerken Arno van den Dungen has built up a lot of experience with projects for companies, various governments and private individuals. Quality of the work performed, safety for the employees and the satisfaction of all parties involved play an important role. And we fully agree with that.

With this beautiful 32-ton crawler excavator, sprayed by us in the company colours of Arno van den Dungen, operator Nick will contribute to their CB concept CB (Circular Building Materials). That will certainly work out well with this Develon DX355LC-7. The start has already been made, as can be seen in the photos in the accompanying photo album below this message.

We were able to make Arno van den Dungen happy with this brand new crawler excavator and also installed a few options in the Staad workshop:

  • Roof and window rack for protection during demolition work;
  • Breaker piping with filter on the return line;
  • Quick coupler piping (quick change);
  • Cleanfix reversible cooling fan;
  • Protective strip welded on counterweight;
  • Weigh down the link arms and bevel the track shoes;
  • Assembly/conversion of oilquick in stainless steel frame by Dehaco in our workshop;
  • Spraying and wrapping the machine in two colours;
  • DropsaVET (formerly Wiejelo) automatic grease lubrication;
  • Oude Hendriksman Techniek overpressure preparation + carbon filter;
  • Powder coated steel mudguards.

We wish Arno van den Dungen and driver Nick many pleasant and safe operating hours with this 'great' acquisition.
