On the way we spotted a Doosan DX235LCR-5 in the works of the company van der Lee from Bruchem. The machine was shoveling dyke clay that will be applied a little further on for quay improvement. This Doosan DX235LCR-5 was purchased used by Van der Lee at the end of 2019 from Staad. The machine is equipped with Groeneveld automatic grease lubrication, a camera on the counterweight, extensive work lighting and overpressure preparation.
To facilitate use in tight locations, the tail swing radius of this Doosan DX235LCR-5 is significantly less than conventional machines. The Doosan DL06P motor is very strong, with high torque at low speed. It does not require a particulate filter to meet Stage IV emissions requirements, meaning less maintenance and higher availability.
