Correct adjustment of hydraulic attachments preventing damage to attachments is very important. This ensures that you use can make an optimally performing machine.
1. Here you will find the required liters and pressure of the relevant attachment. If this is not stated on the type plate, always consult the supplier's manual.
2. Here you can save five different (favorite) options. You can always adjust these saved options. You can also set your minimum and maximum litres, speed and pressure here.
3a. In this screen you can set your minimum and maximum liters. You can also enter the pressure and speed here.
3b. You can enter the exact number of liters in the quick menu.
4. You have the choice of single or double acting hydraulics. It is very important that you choose the correct hydraulic position for your attachment to avoid damage to o-rings or sleeves. Example: If you have an engcon with a DC2 control, it should be set to 220 bar, 140 liters and in the single-acting hydraulic position.
Pay attention! Due to too high pressure or too much litres, the risk of damage to hydraulic motors is high. So always use the correct pressure, liters and settings. If you can't figure it out, consult the instruction video on the Staad app! Here is a step-by-step explanation of how to use your machine optimally.
