Revolutionary view with a transparent loading bed

Traditional wheel loaders create blind spots at the front of the machine due to the large bucket, which poses serious safety risks. The Develon Clear Bucket solves this problem by using high-tech front cameras to create a real-time see-through effect on the cab monitor. This gives the operator a clear view of the obstructed area, allowing for greater awareness and precision when handling materials such as obstacles, sand and soil.

New in Transparent Bucket 2.0

Building on the success of the previous version of the system, TB2.0 introduces AI-assisted Object Detection (OD) and object recognition for enhanced safety and real-time alerts. AI-assisted Object Detection (OD) identifies objects – including people – within 10 meters and immediately alerts the operator with a red triangular warning on the monitor. With Advanced Object Recognition, the system learns the position of the bucket and automatically adjusts the composite image according to the movement of the bucket, ensuring accurate real-time visualization.

How it works

TB2.0 integrates two cameras mounted on the cab and front frame to create a seamless, curved projection composite image of the area in front of the bucket. This allows the display to dynamically adjust as the wheel loader moves, giving the operator a clear, uninterrupted view.

New visual warning system for safer working

As part of TB2.0, Develon has enhanced the warning system with colour-coded warnings that immediately inform the operator of the level of danger:

Red flashing frame → If an object is detected within the transparent zone of the loading platform, the screen will flash bright red to indicate immediate danger.

Yellow Flashing Border → If an object is detected outside the field of view, the monitor will flash thick yellow to indicate a potential hazard.

These immediate, intuitive alerts help operators make quick, informed decisions to prevent accidents and improve workflow safety. While providing an intelligent additional safety solution,
which dramatically improves visibility and safety, it is still only a supplementary tool. Operators should always visually inspect their surroundings and not rely on the system alone.
