We launch the DX165W Electric, 16 ton wheeled excavator. This machine is 100% emission-free, but does have the high productivity that you can expect from a machine. The DX165W Electric is powered by an electric motor that delivers 104 kW of rated power. The machine has two interchangeable Powerboxes. This means that the machine can be used for more than eight hours in a row.
Thanks to the easily exchangeable Powerboxes and the fact that the machine can also run on an individual battery, it is possible to use the machine 24/7. Changing the two Powerboxes is therefore done just as quickly as refueling your diesel machine. By using a high voltage system, there is less loss and greater efficiency is achieved by the powerboxes.
