May 10, 2013 remains an important day for us. This is the day on which we first opened our doors in Veghel, more than eight years ago. A lot has happened in these years, from day one we have worked very hard with our team to bring Staad where we are now. It feels like our joint company to us. A place where we all put our shoulders to the wheel, where everyone can and can say what is on their mind, where ideas abound and where we have organized things better and better together step by step.
It feels really good to build something beautiful together with so much energy, where we strive to do everything we do a little better every day. With the customer as the starting point! We tackle the challenges as a team and provide an appropriate solution. We attach great importance to that. Customers therefore feel heard and welcome with us. This creates fun, a good and cozy atmosphere and a great collaboration.
Staad is always close by. Thanks to our mobile workshops, we are at your location in the event of a malfunction or maintenance. It is of course always possible to visit our location in Veghel.
Together with the complete team, we are ready for our customers on a daily basis. Solving malfunctions, preparing machines, demonstrating, selecting parts, giving good advice and so on. Always with the customer in the center. We are constantly looking for new colleagues who are just as ambitious as we are.
In our opinion, it is therefore about how you and the team are able to help a customer, an external customer, but also an internal customer, our own colleagues. As a team, we therefore expect each other to immediately address the questions and challenges of customers and to offer the right solution. Making your own decisions and the action that follows is more important than waiting. In this way, everyone proactively searches for the most optimal solution every day.
We attach great importance to the fact that the people in our team like what they do. If you enjoy doing this, you will quickly master the work and you will also become good at it. You are comfortable in your own skin and you radiate that. This also benefits cooperation and the atmosphere.
Looking back, there is only one word that remains the same for us and that is change. The environment around us is changing at a rapid pace and customers are setting higher expectations and demands. We recognize this ourselves, if we are a customer somewhere you really want to be treated as a customer. When you want to buy something or if something is broken and you are looking for a solution, it feels great when the company behind the product recognizes this and sincerely does its best to offer a solution. And if the employees of that team are also genuinely happy when you are satisfied, then it can't go wrong. Then you feel valued as a customer and you would like to come back.
