May 10, 2013 remains an important day for us. This is the day we first opened our doors in Veghel. A lot has happened in these years, from day one we have worked incredibly hard with our team to bring Staad to where we are now. It feels to us like our joint company. A place where we all put our shoulders to the wheel, where everyone can say what is on their tongue, where ideas are in abundance and where we have gradually organized things better together.
It feels incredibly good to work together with so much energy to build something beautiful, where we strive to do everything we do a little better every day. With the customer as our starting point! As a team, we tackle the challenges and provide a suitable solution. We attach great value to that. That is why customers feel heard and welcome with us. This creates fun, a good and pleasant atmosphere and a pleasant collaboration.
Staad is always nearby. With our mobile workshops we can be on site in case of a breakdown or maintenance. Of course it is also always possible to visit our location in Veghel.
In Veghel we are housed at two locations at the Doornhoek, Staad HQ and Staad R&D. Our battery factory is in Oss and our external production location for the Electric earthmoving machines is in Harlingen. In a large hall we mass-produce our emission-free Electric powerhouses.
Together with the entire team, we are ready for our customers every day. Solving malfunctions, preparing machines, demonstrating, selecting parts, giving good advice and so on. With the customer always in the center. We are constantly looking for new colleagues who are just as ambitious as we are.
In our opinion, it is about how you and your team are able to help a customer move forward, an external customer, but also an internal customer, our own colleagues. As a team, we expect everyone to immediately address the questions and challenges of customers and offer a proper solution. In this, making your own decisions and the action that follows is more important than waiting. In this way, everyone proactively searches for the most optimal solution every day.

Looking back, there is only one word that remains the same for us and that is change. The environment around us is changing rapidly and customers have higher expectations and demands.
